It's so hard to decide what to work on with all the glorious fabric choices surrounding me ~ what to do do , what to do? My studio couldn't be more inspiring than it is right know. Hope that doesn't sound too braggy ~ I'm just grateful to be able to do the work that I do. my studio is pretty compact (18 ft. by 9 ft), but completely functional - which is key, and the fact that I can fit over 4000 yards of fabric neatly in the space really is something worth bragging about, wouldn't you say? Today is cleaning day. The studio gets a complete cleaning every week at 8:00 am sharp and I can usually manage to keep things looking semi orderly for appointments in the studio on Thursday between 10 & 2, but by 3:00 pm, all bets are off. When I work, I make a pretty impressive mess.
Yesterday, I worked on belts and a new groovy top for my friend Tanya. Tanya stopped by last cleaning day and picked out a little Midwest Modern - I think she's going to love her new pretty new top.
I think it's almost 8, so I better get going. Please post a comment and I will randomly select someone who will receive a sample pack of my Pop Garden.
Have a nice day.

I just organized my "studio" too, except all I was able to muster was a corner of "man-town" in the basement :) It's fun having all of my projects mixed in with the ever important sports memorabilia. Fantastic top! Fantastic fabrics to look at...

I love your style and taste reflected in your "stash". And what an efficient idea of making a time window for appointments- very smart! I found your blog thru Jackie at Tallgrass Prairie. I think I'll be looking around for a while. Great blog!
